CapitaLand wins tender to manage Bugis Village and Bugis Street
Astute developer, CapitaLand has won the bid to manage Bugis Village and Bugis Street for this new decade.
Her integrated management will be taking effect on April 1, 2020 with an initial 3-year tenancy, potentially renewing for two further terms of 3 years and lastly tenancy term not exceeding March 30, 2030.
This bid was an initiative by the Singapore Land Authority, Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority.
CapitaLand will be exploring varies retail concepts, subject to approval from the authorities, for Bugis Village and Bugis Street, complementing existing offerings in the vicinity.
MIdtown Bay is close proximity to this new revamp.
